We want your input on the future of public art on High Street! Please join us for the kickoff of Art on High. Hear from the project team on what to expect throughout the process, how to get engaged, and what implementation of the Public Art Master Plan will look like. This kickoff will include an educational lecture by nationally-recognized public art curator, Marc Pally, on the nuts and bolts of public art and why it is vital to incorporate into our community and streetscapes.
Marc Pally is both an artist and curator, with artwork included in the permanent collections of the Los Angeles Museum of Contemporary Art and the Fort Lauderdale Museum of Art, among others. As a public art curator, Marc’s passion is to engage the vision of artists in the public realm, creating environments in which the unexpected and enigmatic reside as key elements in our common spaces.
