Join Pizzuti Collection for an enlightening and insightful conversation with artist Kanishka Raja, whose works are featured in the current exhibition, Visions From India, on view through October 28, 2017.
Kanishka Raja’s stunning paintings of architectural spaces comment on travel, transitions, liminality, and the possibility of being perpetually placeless. At the same time, Raja’s layered and visually complex works require viewers to examine their assumptions about visual coherence and thus embrace slippages and the loss of perspective as standard modes of being in this contemporary global world.
The event is free with general admission, and free to members and students.
