Join us for the first ever tree lighting ceremony in the Short North Arts District! This holiday season, High Street will have two great pine trees marking the northern and southern entrances to the District, twinkling in all their seasonal finery.
Welcome the start of holidays at Poplar Park from 5:00pm – 6:00pm for the first lighting with a special holiday performance by Columbus Chorus of Sweet Adelines International, and the Short North Stage will be hosting a performance for the second lighting at Greenwood Park from 8:00pm – 9:00pm. In between the tree lightings, grab a warming drink from any of the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, or get an early start on your holiday shopping. Catch performer KaTanya Ingram singing holiday tunes at Bollinger Tower, and the C’ville Songsters at Victorian Gate.
