Every day should be spent in the company of family and good friends. Buca di Beppo caters to that philosophy. Dishes at this traditional Italian eatery are served family-style and are meant to be shared.
Now is a great time to stop in to try one of Buca’s six new dinner dishes.
Spaghetti lovers, go for the Chicken Carbonara: prosciutto, tender chicken breast, and peas tossed with imported Italian spaghetti in a creamy alfredo sauce.
Penne pasta enthusiasts, try the Penne San Remo, Penne Basilica, or Shrimp Fra Diavolo. The Penne San Remo combines sliced chicken breast, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes, and peas with imported Italian penne pasta in a white wine cream sauce. The Basilica blends juicy grilled chicken breast, broccoli, and a light pesto cream sauce. And for the Shrimp Fra Diavolo, the chef sautés garlic shrimp topped with a spicy rosa sauce that is sure to thaw your winter chill.
Two new meat dishes have been added to the menu as well. The Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken features a breaded breast stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto, baked, and topped with marinara. This tasty creation is served on a bed of pesto cream sauce. The new red meat plate is the Chianti Braised Short Rib: tender beef short ribs braised with a Buca Chianti tomato sauce reduction.
And if you’re celebrating, Buca now offers a special cake for lunch and dinner; it’s red velvet with buttercream frosting. They’ll even decorate it for you to suit the occasion.
Buca still has all the old favorites too, including: antipasti plates, salads, lunch soups, pizzas, baked specialties, kid’s dishes, and more pastas, entrees, and desserts. They've renewed some of these dishes by tweaking them with fresh, new flavors.
