Though the thick layer of snow that recently blanketed the capital city gave off a festive wintery vibe, the accompanying freezing temperatures decidedly did not, and you’d be easily forgiven for staying indoors with a steaming mug and a blanket (or four). But warmer weather is on the way, so shake off the winter blues and explore all of the artistry and creativity the District has to offer.
