Consent to Terms and Conditions: 

In submitting this vendor payment, I consent to and will abide by the following terms and conditions of participation in the High Street Holiday Market at Holiday Hop: 

• I (Vendor) affirm that I have read, understand, and will follow the official vendor guidelines as outlined here: 2023 High Street Holiday Market Vendor Guidelines.
• Vendor releases all rights or claims in connection with the photo(s)/videotape in which I appear, for use by The Short North Alliance. I understand that the photo(s)/videotape, if used, will be for the promotional purpose of assisting future Short North Alliance events. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photographs, negatives, and videotapes shall constitute the sole property of the Short North Alliance. 
• Vendor consents to indemnify and hold harmless the Short North Alliance from any and all liability arising from their participation in the High Street Holiday Market at Holiday Hop. 
• I declare that I am over the age of 18 and authorized to consent to the requirements of participation in the High Street Holiday Market at Holiday Hop. 
• I understand that the Vendor Fee is non-refundable.
• I understand that the official High Street Holiday Market at Holiday Hop guidelines are subject to change due to any revisions required for final permitting by the City of Columbus.
