The Short North Arts District community continues to be an important supporter of the Columbus Pride Parade & Festival. Although the festival location is downtown, the parade route begins in the Short North Arts District along High Street, with the lineup area extending from Poplar to Buttles Avenue and around Goodale Park.

In honor of the Columbus Pride Grand Marshal Nina West, Stonewall Columbus, the Short North Alliance, and the Nina West Fan Club have helped renamed Hull Alley to The Nina West Way.

This year, the Short North Arts District’s Pride Hop will take place throughout the weekend from Friday, June 14 through Sunday, June 16. Stop into businesses throughout the District, where you can find Pride-themed merchandise and have your purchases held while you celebrate Pride.

Throughout the weekend – and all of Pride Month – capture your Pride celebrations using a Pride filter within the photobooth feature of the interactive kiosks along High Street.
