Prior to COVID-19, the Short North Arts District was one of the most vibrant spots in the City of Columbus thanks to its 350+ businesses who employed 10,000+ workers, and most of which were locally owned and operated; its 40+ acclaimed public art projects; and its creative community events and programming.
Now all of that is at stake.
You can help lift up the Short North Arts District by donating to the Short North Alliance. By contributing to the Short North Alliance on GivingTuesdayNow, you are supporting:
- Programs and promotions that will put dollars directly back into the hands of local businesses, and will help attract visitors in the future
- Clean and safety programs and advocacy efforts that benefit local businesses
- New public art projects throughout the Short North Arts District, which will employ local artists and contribute to the vibrancy of our neighborhood
- Creative events, like Gallery Hop and HighBall Halloween, which bring our community together and attract business for the District’s independently-owned art galleries, retailers, restaurants, cafes and more
Donate today to support the Art + Soul of Columbus!
Qualifying donations will receive a Short North Arts District Tote and a Short North Arts District Homage Tee. (*Tees and totes available while supplies last.)
