Get knocked out at the 34th Annual Doo Dah Parade with some great humor and Less-Than-Grand Marshal Former Undisputed World Heavyweight Boxing Champion and Author James “Buster” Douglas! The city’s Fourth of July traditional offbeat one-of-a-kind politically incorrect non-traditional Doo Dah Parade is filled with characters in costume, humorous political debates, satirists’ readings, a singing of the National Anthem, and is complete with live music at an all-day free block party at High & Buttles.
No Entry Fee. No Pre-registration.
Rules: No Full Nudity. No Blatant Advertising. No water projectiles. All Politicians Must Wear a Funny Hat.
• Parade Line-up begins at Noon
• Parade starts at 1 pmish after National Anthem
• Party runs from 10 am – 7 pm
Parade Route: from Line-Up on Park Street (heading north from Goodale), To West on Buttles, To South on Dennison, To West on Collins, To North on Neil, To East on Second, To South on High, To End at Russell & High. Walkers Will Go Down Russell back to Park St, Cars Will Go Straight Down High Street.
Come on down to the Block Party at High & Buttles before and/or after the parade!
