The annual Short North Gala is being brought to you virtually in 2021!
This year, you can support local businesses and enjoy a fun community event, all from the comfort of your home. The virtual event, which can be streamed anytime between April 18 and 25, will include delicious food and drinks, a celebration of seven inspiring honorees, and access to an online Silent Auction.
General Admission ticket holders will be treated to A Taste of Short North Appetizer & Dessert Box full of delicious bites from various businesses in the District, as well as A Taste of Short North Beverage Box that includes a Thai Basil Mule cocktail kit with OYO Vodka from Middle West Spirits, plus beer and Kitty Paw from Seventh Son Brewing. There will also be a complementary virtual mixology session and tasting during the event.
VIP ticket holders will enjoy the ultimate Short North Gala experience with a gourmet Cameron Mitchell Restaurants dinner delivered right to their door (within a Designated Delivery Zone), plus a complementary video guiding guests through the process of putting the finishing touches on their dish. Dinner will include Mushroom Risotto with asparagus, lemon, and your choice of Beef Tenderloin, Butter Poached Sea Scallops, or Vegetarian Sea Scallops made with King Oyster Mushrooms. VIP ticket holders will also receive the Taste of Short North Appetizer & Dessert Box, and the Beverage Box, which will also include a Bourbon Smash Mule cocktail kit, featuring Middle West Spirits Michelone Reserve Bourbon.
By treating yourself, you’re also treating local businesses: a portion of the proceeds from this year’s tickets will go directly to Short North Arts District partnering businesses to lift up the local business community.
