On Sunday, April 21, fourteen of the Short North’s finest chefs unite to create a one-night-only, culinary experience in celebration of the Short North Arts District. The event will be held in the Hilton Columbus Downtown‘s beautiful new ballroom.
During the evening, the Short North will also celebrate this year’s roster of outstanding honorees… individuals and businesses that have helped shape the district. They embody art, community, diversity and the Short North Arts District spirit. Following is a brief introduction to this year’s honorees.
About the Event
The Gala is a highly experiential affair that immerses guests in the flavors and spirit of the Arts District. The evening begins with cocktails, hors’ dourves and entertainment just outside the Hilton Ballroom. Following cocktails, the celebration transitions to the Hilton’s striking (and spacious!) ballroom, where PageTech Ltd. will reshape the space with light, sound, projection and art. The evening shifts to a higher gear as acclaimed Short North chefs take center stage to create a one-night-only culinary masterpiece. Partners will include: basi italia, Bodega, Haiku Poetic Food + Art, the Hilton Columbus Downtown, Hubbard Grille, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, Marcella’s Ristorante, Pizzeria & Wine Bar, Martini Modern Italian, The Rossi Bar + Kitchen, Surly Girl Saloon, and Tasi Cafe.
