Celebrate Black History Month this year by continuing to uplift Black businesses, hardworking entrepreneurs and talented artists right here in the Short North Arts District. By supporting Black creators, you’re helping to create and sustain more entrepreneurial opportunities, which helps to empower Black communities as the fight for justice, equality and equity continues.
The Short North Alliance is dedicated to showcasing the vibrant contributions of Black creatives within our community. Through intentional efforts, we strive to bring attention to the impactful work of Black artists, acknowledging their valuable influence. While we accept the responsibility of any oversight in highlighting additional Black contributors, we warmly welcome the community’s input to ensure a more comprehensive representation and look forward to spotlighting them in the future.
