MilkShake Factory is a fourth-generation family-owned business that has been crafting premium chocolates since 1914. Founded by Greek immigrants Charlie and Orania in Pittsburgh’s Lawrenceville neighborhood, the company began as a small chocolate shop and soda fountain.

We’re thrilled to bring The MilkShake Factory to Ohio with our first-ever location in the heart of the University District-Short North! MilkShake Factory offers handspun milkshakes made with housemade ice cream and premium ingredients, alongside a variety of gourmet chocolates, including signature salted caramels, decadent terrapins, and a wide selection of chocolate barks.
