End your day with a chilled-out yoga class designed for relaxation, deep stretching, and mental clarity. This class is for all people and all skill levels. No prior yoga experience needed!
Registered Dietitian and YogaFit Instructor Julie A. Palmer will guide a gentle, 45-min practice followed by a healthy snack and nutrition Q&A session.
$10 per person. Payment method: cash and credit card. Please bring your own mat.
