Got Valentine’s Day plans? Instead of the usual dinner-and-a-movie, take date night to the next level and come to a SPARK workshop on the Five Love Languages.
One of the secrets to a successful relationship is discovering what each persons love language is, and more importantly, learning how to speak it. Maybe you’ve heard of the Five Love Languages, or even read the book by Dr. Gary Chapman. It’s a simple and straightforward idea, yet few couples understand how to implement it.
Presented by Meghna Mahambrey, Ph.D. candidate and relationship & sexuality educator, this SPARK workshop will introduce the Five Love Languages, share real-life stories to illustrate their effectiveness, provide a quiz to identify each participants own love language, and offer a “dictionary” for interpreting a partner’s love language. Partners will walk away with concrete strategies to connect with one another in a mutually fulfilling way, paving the way to a happier and healthier relationship.
