About the event Join us on Wednesday, September 24th for an exclusive evening of refined dining and exceptional whiskey, featuring Owen Martin, Master Distiller of Angel’s Envy. The experience begins with a welcome cocktail (Bourbon Peach Smash) upon arrival.
Each course is thoughtfully paired by Executive Chef Todd Goodwin with a guided tasting, showcasing Angel’s Envy’s celebrated expressions: Bourbon, Rye, Triple Oak, and Single Barrel. Guiding the evening, Martin will share insights from his distinguished career, one that bridges the traditions of both American and Scottish whiskey-making. Known for his passion for innovation and experimentation, Martin continues to expand the possibilities of finishing and blending while upholding the heritage and quality of Angel’s Envy.
