Have an unforgettable Valentine’s Day this year at The Guild House. Executive Chef John Paul Iacobucci and his team will create a five-course farm-to-table tasting menu for this memorable table for two. You and your guest will enjoy a tasting menu designed for sharing, paired with cocktails and wine specifically chosen to complement each dish.
This table for two is $95 per person (tax, tip, and fees included), and will be offered for a limited time on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from January 29 – February 28. Various seating times are available.
Course One:
Oysters on the half shell paired with Cava
Course Two (to be shared):
Beet Salad, Artichoke Hummus paired with our Cocktail for Two (seasonal infusion)
Course Three (to be shared):
Lamb chops, Burrata toast
Course Four (your choice of):
Duroc Pork, Scallops, Gnocchi, or Chicken Roulade paired with your choice of Federalist Cabernet or Wairau River Sauvignon Blanc
Course Five:
A dessert assortment of carrot cake, chocolate torte, and pavlova, paired with Dow’s Old Tawny
