Booker Wine Dinner

Guests will receive 5 courses paired with 5 wines

Suggested arrival is 6pm with the first pairing beginning at 630pm

Course 1 Drunken Shrimp paired with 5oz Unshackled Brut

“Unshackled Brut” marinated shrimp. Grilled in a Cajun seasoning, atop a pickled cucumber salad and finished with fresh parsley and chive oil.

Course 2 Romesco Scallops paired with 3oz Harvey & Harriet White

Fresh U10 Scallops atop crostini, topped with savory chorizo and finished with a cilantro infused chili oil.

Course 3 Tuna Tartar paired with 3oz My Favorite Neighbor Blanc

Fresh ahi tuna, diced and served with fried plantain chips and finished with a “My Favorite Neighbor Blanc” sauce. Topped with micro cilantro.

Course 4 Petite Filet paired with 3oz Harvey & Harriet Red Blend

Our 4oz Allen Brothers Filet. Grilled and topped with fried shallots. Served with a wild mushroom medley and finished with a “Harvey & Harriet” red wine demi glace.

Course 5 My Favorite Chocolate Cake paired with 3oz of My Favorite Neighbor Cabernet Sauvignon

Homemade chocolate cake. Topped with a “My Favorite Neighbor Cabernet Sauvignon” chocolate ganache and finished with a homemade orange ricotta icing.
