Each guest will receive a flight (consisting of 3 samples) of our private barrel picks exclusive to Bristol Republic: Elijah Craig, Knob Creek, and Russell’s Reserve.

Additionally, you will be served a pit master BBQ plate, featuring our 18-Hour Brisket, Pulled Pork, Texas Spare Ribs, and Hot Link.

You and your guests are welcome to arrive at your preferred time for dining and check in with our host. There is no specific set time for your arrival. We recommend making table reservations in advance through BristolRepublic.com. Our kitchen closes at 9pm
