All are invited to join Short North Church, and Rev. Amy Aspey, for a mid-day yoga experience. YoWo (yoga + worship) is a combination of gentle movement, breath, and reflection. On Earth Day, thanks will be given for one of our Creator’s greatest gifts, Earth. No yoga experience is required, all are welcome!
Meet in the southwest corner of Goodale park, adjacent to the tennis courts and near the free parking lot. Please bring a mat, towel, or blanket and join Short North Church for a safe and socially distanced experience. Unfortunately we are unable to provide mats at this time.
YoWo is always free, however if you can, a $10 donation is appreciated. You may text LOVEALIVE to 73256 to give.
