In this class, you will look at the history of espresso, espresso machine technology, extraction theory, roasting for espresso, and finally some milk techniques to create espresso based beverages.  In preparing espresso, Mission Coffee Co. features their Kodiak Blend and current single origin offering to taste and experience how coffees perform differently in the same system.
