Join Short North Church for a “Halloween – No Tricks, Only Treats” YoWo at Goodale Park.

YoWo (yoga + worship), led by Short North Church Pastor Amy Aspey, is a slow flow and gentle offering of movement, breath, and reflection. There is never a cost for YoWo, however a $10 donation is appreciated, text LOVEALIVE to 73256 to give.

Meet in the shaded area between the west parking lot and the tennis courts.  Please bring your own mat or blanket and don’t forget your mask.
