Kick off Saturday with an intensely physical workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. Join CorePower Yoga for a FREE Yoga Sculpt class. This class combines basic yoga sequencing with free weights and cardio to intensify each posture. Bring your own yoga mat and a set of light weights if you have them (they will have some extras on hand). Stick around after class to be first in line for hot chicken!
