Omega Artisan Baking: Making Pizza & Flatbreads

6:45 pm - 11:00 pm

Categories

Focaccia and pizza are easy to make at home, and to fit into your own schedule, but you need a few pieces of equipment, and a few tricks. That’s what you will learn about in this class!  From mixing the dough to stretching and shaping the pies, making sauces and other toppings, to baking. We will discuss different types of pizza and how you can tailor them to your taste and routine. Even if you have never made a pizza before, you may never call for delivery again!
These are hands-on classes, so dress appropriately. Each class is limited to 20 participants. They take place in the bakery and start at 7pm, but we request that you be there by 6:45 as the Market doors close at 7.
To register, call (614) 224-9910
The fine print:
All classes require an advance enrollment of a minimum of fifteen participants, and will unfortunately be canceled if that requirement isn’t met. However, this has not happened in the past. Each class is eighty-five dollars which includes parking and a light dinner Payments can be made in cash, check or by credit card in the bakery, or by check through the mail (though space cannot be guaranteed until the check has cleared), or by credit card by phone.
