This event is an immersive look at where the coffee we drink comes from. This class is designed to give you a better understanding of the basics of growing, processing, and roasting coffee. The journey starts at a seed inside a fruit and continues until it is on your local shelf. In addition to a lecture about coffee and it’s processes, Mission Coffee Co will include a cupping of their current lineup of single origins that help illustrate how varietal and terroir influence the cup you drink.
