ABOUT THIS EVENT A fun, holiday-inspired class perfect for those scrambling for last minute Christmas gifts! Guests can craft their own custom scented candles and finish with festive touches- holiday themed labels, Christmas bows, and gift tags–making them ready to give to friends, family, or coworker.
This class includes a seasonal scent menu & complimentary limited edition labels you can add to your candle. Beer & wine available for purchase!
Learn how to make your very own custom candles at our in-person event located at our new shop in the Short North at 1128 N High St. Get hands-on experience and unleash your inner candle-making skills with this family owned Columbus business. It’s a great opportunity to relax, socialize, and craft something uniquely yours to take home. This class includes one 12 oz luxury candle in a unique vessel you choose, with a fragrance you create, as well as a reusable tote & match box to take home with you. All candles are 100% soy wax and clean fragrance (free of parrafin, phthalates, parabens, and all Prop65 chemicals).
Tickets also include 10% off if you’d like to build your own match jar set or shop in store products.

-Pour 1 candle for $45
-Pour 2 candles for $70 (1 person)
ALL tickets include a FREE Vella & Co tote bag and matchbox to take home with you ($20 value!) + 10% off all in-store products on the day of your class!
POUR PROCESS
1. Choose your luxury 12 oz candle vessel
2. Choose a fragrance from our wall of 70+ options (you can even mix your own recipe!)
3. A Vella instructor will lead you through the candle-making process while you relax, socialize, snack, and sip!
*Candles need to cure. Pick up available starting the next day during business hours (Tues-Fri 11-6, Sat 1-7). We are cashless – all major credit cards and Apple Pay are accepted.
