The Short North Civic Association is excited to invite moviegoers back to Goodale Park for the 14th annual Screen on the Green outdoor movie series.
Each year, we take over the softball field on the southwest corner of the park for a FREE screening on third Fridays in July, August, and September. Movies are presented at sunset on a giant screen with high quality sound. Guests are invited to bring chairs or a blanket and come early to enjoy dinner from popular food trucks.
For August, we have Baz Luhrman’s eye-popping, Oscar-winning musical, co-starring Nicole Kidman and Ewan MacGregor as star-crossed lovers. (Start time approx. 8:30 PM)
