Seventh Son hosting a two day Self Defense Workshop led by their employee Jose, who runs his own Martial Arts Studio in Columbus. This workshop will cover solutions to common attacks that anyone may encounter one day, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
Admission to the class is donation based. Give what you can! Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a friend to have a beer with after the class!
