Come celebrate with afternoon tea, meeting the makers, and a sample collection of new treats!
$12 tickets include:
– Learning a brief history about the founder and the process of making the treats you will try this evening
– 6 Desserts (Petit Fours) paired with tea
Dessert Menu:
1) Wild Blueberry Compote with angel food cake, White Chocolate Vanilla Bean Anglaise and light as air Chantilly
2) Coffee and Cardamom Financiers drizzled in Dark Chocolate
3) Passion fruit preserves with Coconut Tapioca with a spray of Fiji tea
4) Mini Cream puffs with fresh Mango and raspberry compote
5) Dark chocolate Mini tarts with black cherries and edible flowers
6) Herbed Goat Cheese Danish
