In the 1970s and 80s, an unforgettable lineup of Ornette Coleman band alumni—Dewey Redman, Don Cherry, Charlie Haden, and Ed Blackwell—came together as Old and New Dreams to perform a mixture of Coleman classics and their own brilliant compositions.
