Summer Terrine Cooking Class

Chic! Terrines elevate any summertime event. Not only do they look fabulous, but you will appreciate that you can make them ahead of time.
This is a participation class where you will learn to make a polenta terrine layered with mozzarella and vegetables and a roasted vegetable terrine with arugula salad.
Class Price: $65 per person ($75 per person if you would like to enjoy a wine tasting)
