You’re invited to celebrate costumes and creativity at HighBall Halloween 2021 on Saturday, October 23 from 6:00pm to 11:00pm! For the first time ever, HighBall Halloween will take place at EXPRESS LIVE! on the outdoor stage.
Taking center stage this year will be hosts Virginia West and NBC4’s Matt Barnes and Monica Day, performers MojoFlo and The West Family, the White Castle Costume Couture Fashion Show, and the Out of the Closet Public Costume Contest.
