Priority is given to applications received by the 15th of 2 months prior to Hops on High. You must fill out a separate application for each month you’d like to apply for. Standard Gallery Hop applications (for months outside of June, September and December) should be filled out through a separate form.

This question is for tracking purposes and not a requirement to perform at Gallery Hop.

In certain locations, the Short North Alliance may be able to provide access to electricity. (Access not guaranteed).
Short North Business Sponsor
If applicable, list your Short North Business Sponsor. Short North Business sponsorship means the business owner would like your performance to be set up on the sidewalk in front of their establishment. This is not a monetary sponsorship. This is not a requirement, but can aid in our placement of you during Gallery Hop. Please include the name, address, and contact information of the business below.

- I have read the Short North Arts District Gallery Hop Street Vendor Guidelines and agree. I understand that submission of this application does not guarantee me a space at the Short North Arts District Hops on High. I understand that the Short North Alliance has final approval of all vendor permits, and that permits can be revoked at any time. I understand that if any portion of this application is left blank or not completed, that my application may be void.
