Join The Pearl Restaurant, Tavern & Oyster Bar for a Masters Dinner for the first tapping of a bourbon barrel aged beer made exclusively for The Pearl by North High Brewing and Watershed Distillery. This special night includes a three-course dinner showcasing the culinary talent at The Pearl, and the quality and creativity of our local partners who made this beer possible.

The popularity of bourbon barrel aged beers led to the idea of trying something new. This strong ale beer is aged in Watershed Apple Brandy barrels and is brewed by North High Brewing. This beer is available for a limited time and quantity, as there are only two brandy barrels of this beer made.

During the dinner, you’ll have the opportunity to meet North High Brewing founder Gavin Meyers and brewmaster Jason McKibben, and Dave Rigo and Greg Lehman, co-owners of Watershed Distillery.
