Gallery Hop is held on the first Saturday of the month from 4 – 8pm

  • Street performers will be on High St. from 4 – 8pm (hours are subject to change throughout the year)

  • 2026 dates include January 3, February 7, March 7, April 4, May 2, June 6, July 4, August 1, September 5, October 3, November 7, and December 5

What is Hops on High?

Hops on High is an all-day open streets event in the Short North Arts District. We’ve taken all of the charm and community of our legendary monthly Gallery Hops and added even more fun!

Art exhibitions

During Gallery Hop, galleries and non-traditional art venues (restaurants, boutiques, and salons) spotlight the best of established and emerging Ohio-based artists. They also feature the works of nationally and internationally acclaimed artists.

Each month, street performers and vendors settle into the many nooks of the Short North Arts District to entertain and entice the throngs of fans.

  • Saxophonists, singers, improvisational dance troupes, even stilt walkers, and stage characters add to the unforgettable experience.
