Brandt-Roberts Galleries
Brandt-Roberts Galleries will be featuring new work from contemporary artists and historic estates, as well as unveiling a new work by Columbus artist Christopher Burk, which will also be on view in the Six in the Short North: Short North Temporary Mural Series.
Hammond Harkins Galleries
Hammond Harkins Galleries will be featuring Far Resolutions: New Works by Andrew Hendrixson and Logan Marconi from June 2 through July 9 with an artist conversation Thursday, June 1 at 6:30pm. The opening reception is Friday, June 2 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm.
Lindsay Gallery
Lindsay Gallery will be featuring Joey Monsoon for the June Gallery Hop. Monsoon’s portraits hover somewhere between reality and myth, with a worldly weariness revealed through a dream-like lens. The opening reception is Friday, June 2 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
Marcia Evans Gallery
Marcia Evans Gallery will be exhibiting Summer Show of Abstracts II from June 2 through August 28, featuring artists Juan Carrera, Doug Frohman, Michael Halliday, Steve Kropp, Jesse Mireles, Kate Morgan, Annette Poitau, and Judy Romanello. The opening reception is Friday, June 2 from 5:30pm – 8:30pm.
Pizzuti Collection
Join Pizzuti Collection for an art-filled day with the family featuring an art inspired scavenger hunt, activity books, gallery journeys, story-time hosted by the Bexley Public Library, and access to their current exhibition, Visions of India. Admission is complimentary all day.
PM Gallery
PM Gallery will be featuring selected works by Vicki Moon Spiegel through June 28, as well as the work of over 300 national artisans and local artists.
ROY G BIV
ROY G BIV will be featuring work by Jaye Schlesinger and Katherine Cunningham from June 3 through June 24. The opening reception is June 3 from 7:00pm – 10:00pm, and artists’ talks and closing on June 24 at 2:30pm.
Sean Christopher Gallery Ohio
Sean Christopher Gallery will be exhibiting Tyler Bohm: Technorama from June 3 through June 24. Bohm’s work speculates on the imminent, drawing on science fiction narratives and past era’s visions of the future. The opening reception is June 3 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.
Sharon Weiss Gallery
Sharon Weiss Gallery will be featuring work by Steven Walker from June 2 through July 2. This is Walker’s fourth solo exhibition with the Sharon Weiss Gallery. Walker’s work is focused on vast and calming skies. The artist’s reception is Friday, June 2 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Sherrie Gallerie will be featuring Three Masters in Porcelain with artists Curtis Benzle, Thomas Hoadley, and Jennifer McCurdy. Come enjoy breathtaking new work by three of the foremost artists in porcelain, working in three very unique and distinct styles.
Studios on High
Studios on High will be exhibiting A Gilded Garden, a mixed media exhibition by artist Deb Davis-Lavaich from May 10 through June 19. Davis-Lavaich works invites viewers to see garden blooms in a new and unique way.
Wexner Center for the Arts
Wexner Center for the Arts will be exhibiting Gray Matters through July 30, a multifaceted survey of 37 contemporary women artists who have explored the practice of grisaille-the French term for working in shades of gray.
SIX IN THE SHORT NORTH DEBUTS THIS WEEK
The Short North Alliance and 13 partner galleries and art institutions, with the support of the the Greater Columbus Arts Council, present the fourth rendition of the highly popular Short North Temporary Mural Series titled Six in the Short North. This year’s series is in partnership with nationally acclaimed and Columbus-based author Larry Smith to create original artworks or curate a selection of existing artworks which depict the artists’ own original six word stories about Columbus.

ART-RELATED EVENTS AND OTHER EVENTS
First Commonwealth Bank features the work of Kevin Russell and Marcus Blackwell for June Gallery Hop. Gallery Denmark features self-taught artist Michael Bush through the end of June. Global Gifts will be giving away a hand carved and painted gourd birdhouse from Peruvian artist Manos Amigas. Jacob Neal Home Collection will be having Coco et Louis join them for a pop-up shop showcasing their pre-loved luxury bags, wallets, jewelry, and accessories featuring Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and more. Pursuit will host up-and-coming band, CAAMP, at their shop during Gallery Hop from 7:00pm – 9:00pm.
Rowe Boutique will host a braid bar from 1:00pm – 8:00pm provided by The Blowout Bar. Tarot card reader Tony Clark will also be on hand to offer in-store readings.
