- Information collected via Technology

- Children’s Privacy
The Site and the Service are not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for the Service. We do share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to or using the SMS messaging service via the Ambassador Hotline (the “Service”), you agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By opting into our SMS service, you consent to receive automated and/or marketing text messages from Short North Alliance at the phone number you provided. These messages may include updates, promotional offers, or alerts. Standard message and data rates may apply.
2. Opt-In and Enrollment
To opt-in, text Short North to (614) 636-5100, or opt-in on our Contact Us page at https://shortnorth.org/contact/. You may receive a confirmation message upon successful enrollment.
3. Opt-Out and Unsubscribing

4. Message Frequency
